no i havent felt her really losing grip, i just feel i get a bit of an after sway from the rear and that sounds great thanks for the help mate also looking into putting a kaaz lsd into the gearbox and a shorter final drive, will the kaaz lsd be too much for a road car and will the shorter final drive be worthwhile?

i have noticed more torque pull high up in revs but its not amazingly noticable its getting dyno'd in two weeks time so ill be able to tell you if its made any actual difference then as she made 160bhp and i think 114 lb ft of torque

Hi just a note on the rear problem. I have both upper and lower strut braces in the rear and it is real twitchy. It will grip to a point and then very quickly let go without much notice. If i go near a track again I'll try removing the lower one and seeing if it gets any better.

WIMP  Wait you drive a car with a cage and all the supension towers triangulated with tube. Makes strut braces seem spongy by comparison.

Update 08.06.08

A few bits to update

Finally got the exhaust sorted it no longer knocks when the car moves and i have swapped out the RPW manifold for the standard RS one which now has a nice heat sheild.

Next was the whiteline rear swaybar and the anti-lift/castor kit and cusco type II under strut brace all made a massive difference and of course the ralliart engine mounts these have completely transformed the feel of the gearbox and general drive of the car.

here are some pictures of the rear swaybar and other braces and the heat sheild on the
manifold.

also fitted the rocker cover yesterday and very happy with the turn out.
