who here has done vinyl wrap on their car? easy or needs professional help? :)

I'd rather get it done professionally on the larger panels if I were to get it done. Get a small amount and try a sample area with a few complex curves and folds. Quite hard to work around creases etc. but some people are just naturally better than others with that kind of work.

I'll let you know, going to try and wrap my new bonnet. I figure a bonnet should be easy, no complex curves. Bumpers would be tricky.

did you buy your wrap from trademe/ebay or the shop (ie Hyper)?

Got it from a sign supplies store. I'm still finishing the bonnet, hope wrap will work straight over the gellcoat/primer/filler.
