Hi all. I thought that i had a project thread on here already but as i cant seem to find it i thought i'd make another one :D The current specs of my car is as follows:

> 1.8 turbo forged bottom end (0.5mm oversized CP forged pistons, K1 forged rods and ACL
race bearings)
> HKS SSQV 3 dump valve
> 1.6 Mivec cylinder head (standard for now )
> 1.3 gearbox with Mivec LSD
> Toda Racing lightweight flywheel
> Custom 5 paddle race clutch
> Evo 4/5/6 throttle body with bored out inlet mani to match
> standard TD04 turbo from the 1.8 engine
> SARD adjustable FPR
> Evo 4/5/6 3 point front upper brace
> Seam welded engine bay and then smoothed
> rewired the whole car ! The fuse box is now in the boot
> Battery in boot
> Wire tucked engine bay
> Evo 6 brake servo and master cylinder
> Evo 5-9 Brembo calipers front and rear
> Adjustable brake bias valve mounted on the dash
> Drilled and grooved discs
> Bluestuff NDX fast road/track pads
> Polybushed the whole car
> BC Racing Coilovers
> 17" 3 spoke super Advan alloys with goodyear eagle F1 tyres
> 20mm hub centric spacers (might go wider)
> Re-undersealed the car
> Curently carbon skinning loads of interior parts
> Defi gauges
> Blitz boost controller
> Custom wide arches
> Evo 5/6 sideskirts
> Ghost rider rear bumper with custom made rear diffusers
> Standard front bumper with custom fog holes and MS design splitter.
> Heko wind deflectors
> Honda Civic spoon style wing mirrors
> Evo 5/6 style carbon fibre bonnet
> Honda civic (EK9) carbon fibre spoiler

I think thats most of it ? lol. All the work has been done by myself with a little help from some friends, apart from the Bodywork which is being done by a company called Xquisite. Here are some pics :D

I haven't driven it yet. There's still a few things that I need to sort out 1st. If you look under the flywheel it's says 5 paddle race clutch which was made to fit the flywheel which is for a Mivec. So whatever size that is ? Lol.

8.5' - standard for mivec.. slip if u have 300hp.
i also have mivec ck turbo with td05 - running 300hp at 1.0bar boost.
before use 3 paddle exedy race clutch plate still slip. now i use FTO g/boxs with 9' clutch plate.
but may be difference result if u use 5 paddle race clutch plate... :?:
good luck man.. :)

Nice car mate. :)
Needs a bigger turbo to take advantage of the MiVeC cams and built bottom end.
An 8.5" clutch can hold much more then 300hp if built right but generally you need custom as the normal clutch kits don't expect people to be making 400hp out of these cars.

Regards
Jason

A bigger turbo is in the pipe line :D using the td04 to run the engine in and drive it for a while as my car has been off the road for a year now ! Hopeing to get the bigger turbo around this time next year unless I can get the funds together before hand :D

The same type of flare I plan to use on my track car. Unfortunately, I fell asleep when somebody was selling a decent fibreglass set on Ebay. I believe J-man made his from scratch! 8)

The arches are woodsport fibreglass ones. They are mainly made for the mr2 but are known to be universal too.

I'm not too sure in the make of it but I'm pretty sure that the fitment for a rear strut brace is from an Evo 1/2/3. I'm sure that somone will correct me if I'm wrong :D
