Rear Camber could be an issue as could an overly stiff rear suspension set up - stiff does not make for good grip, you need compliance so the wheel and tyre can follow the road not skitter over the top. As soft as possible but hard enough to control geometry changes is the way to go. Roads are not race tracks a racing style set up will not work well on the road, the spring rates I see quoted for some of the coilover kits are ludicrously high.

What suspension do you have in your car?
And how did it oversteer? Lift off? Went over a bump? Simply not enough grip? Wet patch?

Why are all your L's capital?

You run the same tire front and rear?
It should not oversteer if it is the same tire, as it would lose grip at the front before the rear.
Did you let go of the throttle?

It looks pretty badly damaged.
Is it worth fixing? Or just transfer your good stuff to a different car?
