Slightly oversized pistons won't make that much of a difference. What pistons were you using? MIVEC ones? The "axe crankshaft" you mentioned, I believe that is knife edge lightening. Nice figures btw!

Not using MIVEC pistons.
I'm using Nissan CA18...
