 Post subject: Custom strut brace

hey does anyone know where to get a strut brace custom made (cheap) as the standard ones are only centre barred )-( and my amps are in the way so I need )_(
I say cheap as Mag n Turbo said $650

Get a standard one re-welded. As most of the cost would be a the fitting and tapping the left hand thread on the main bar etc.
All that would need to be made would be the bit from the C plate with a bolt hole to mount the main bar.

Goto a place that does race car fabrication and get them to make you one from scatch. Will at most be a few hundred, or as rabbit says get on off the shelf one and get new tabs welded on. I can't see that being more than $100 worth of labour.

And the braces can be picked up for (just) under $100. So that's only like $200 roughly for a custom brace, post a pic if you get if done yo! :P
