you can use any forged piston designed for the 4g93 or 6a13tt engine

also arias has been known to produce factory compression and designed forged mivec 4g92 pistons

7. gsr manifold is a straight bolt on to a mivec head

24. honda b16 turbo exhaust manifolds are almost the perfect fit for the mivec. slight modification required for alignment to the ports[/quote]

(7) is it true ? intake or exhaust ? for gen1 or gen2 ?
(24) what about b16 NA header/extractor ?

The exhaust manifold is made individually, turbine TD 06-25G, to 500 horsepowers.

I USE GEN 1ДЛЯ WORKS WITH TRANSMISSION EVО 3.

I couldn't find strong pistons for the block 4g92, with a compression ratio 9.0. At pistons 4g93 comression height 30мм, and 4g92 20мм. Therefore them to establish with connecting rods from 4g92 pauter it is impossible.

Let's do "plate" on the block from above, for height increase. In that case to use the forged connecting rods with buckets from honda the motor в16 easier. They happen a various configuration witch turbo and are more accessible at the price.
The length of a connecting rod 137мм, comression height 30мм, "plate" will be in the thickness of 27 mm.
At the given configuration it is received R/S the motor 1,76, when in the standard on 4g92 R/S=1,54.

ECU HALTECH E6A independent adjustment, works on MAP.

21 psi maintain at good adjustment ECU. More often at a pressure boost partitions between rings on pistons break, connecting rods didn't suffer even at 29psi.

hey bro thanks im going to install a turbo on my 4g93 dohc engine but im not shure about how much psi conrods-and pistons may ressist to a dayli driving without problems.

so conrods may resisst up to 20 psi right?
oo my ingine is a 4g93 n/a non turbo its a gti no gsr..

but I read that conrods are the same for turbo an gti engines

another quest... pistons: may i use forged, or may i use std 4g93 pistons how much psi does std 4g93 ressist with a cr of 8.5 ;1 +megasquirt+ fron IC

thanks friend here in argentina 4g93 engines are very rare and nobody works on it

i will start with projec in december but im not shure of the ressistence of the internal of the 4g93. i will not like to brake eanithing

you help will be very usefull

The camshafts 4g93 the identical.
At good assembly and correct adjustment of the motor its resource won't be limited.
Use qualitative details and consider spacings and the tightening moments.

What ECU you will use?

pistons use from 4g93 turbo?

If isn't present, very carefully concern adjustment ECU, will work. Use only good fuel with high octane number. A mixture at adjustment of positive pressure to do more richly.
More 10-11psi I do not advise.
