Yeah I know, that's what I thought too until I had a look at one and bugger me it's 240! It was no wonder the car ran like crap on 390's

That means re-tune...again :( LoL 3rd time lucky

I orginally though the GSR ones where 360, but it turns out they are 390 Guess that why all my base maps where way to rich initially

The stock 1G injectors must be running nearly at their max capacity in a standard car. Guess thats why they changed to a slightly bigger ones. Now that you mention it, I think has been covered before somewhere.

you guys do know that you going to have exhaust issuies with turboing a n/a car?

A n/a car has a different exhaust to intake size ratio, as the air isn't being forced into the the chamber, therefor there will be less air, and to maximise the air in the chamber they design the n/a heads with larger intake ports/seats to get the most from the downstroke of the piston pulling the air in...

when you throw a turbo into the mix you need a bigger exhaust seat/port to allow more gas out, because the turbo is forcing air into the chamber and combined with the pull of the piston its' generally more air than the exhaust port can handle....

talk to your engine builder about making the exhaust seat bigger... you will find you will get very good gains from this....

if you think about it makes ssence..

Yes but you would obviously need to correct for the extra fuel via a remap of the ECU.

I take back, G2 injectors won't fit a G1 :(

There must be a 1G mitsi that has injectors bigger than a 4G92 Mivec and smaller than a GSR Turbo...

Yeah i didnt think 2G injectors would fit on a 1G

There was someone on here talking about some 365cc injectors out of a 4G93 NA, might be worth looking into

I assume you guys have found out 92-95 GSR injectors are the same size as the 96-00, ie both 395cc :D
