Thought I better post up my latest mirage...

Here's a list of how I bought it:

1993 Mirage Cyborg
- 4g93T conversion
- 4g92 mivec gearbox (non-lsd)
- Evo 3 ECU and intake pipe/AFM
- 3" exhaust
- FMIC
- Evo front end conversion (guards, bumper, bonnet)
- 133kw @ wheels before FMIC, ecu and intake pipe
- K Sport adjustable suspension
- NZKW Drivers bucket seat
- Random un-named BOV
- Turbosmart boost tap

So far I have done:

- LSD gearbox
- GFB Mach 1 BOV
- Toser adjustable rear camber arms
- Dunlop 02G semi slicks
- Evo 2 guage cluster
- Nolathane solid engine mounts
- New spark plugs (iridiums) and rocker cover gasket
- EBC red stuff pads
- Stipped interior behind front seats
- Front strut brace
- Fire extinguisher

Then I took it around taupo track 1 and killed the brakes which I'm still trying to fix... Goodbye brand new set of EBC red stuff pads

My original plans were to swap everything out of this into my other mirage as it has a much nicer body and paint job and interior and and and everything except engine haha, but now I'm tempted to just keep this one as it is, get the front end painted properly, cage it and keep it as a track car

My plans from here are:

- Brake upgrade (evo most likely) - first priority
- TD05 turbo upgrade
- Evo injectors/fuel fail
- Tomei fuel pressure reg.
- Fuel pump upgrade
- Potentially roll cage and better set of semi slicks

Also need to take some more current pics

Nice work.

The Lancer front end has been done a few times now. Was thinking of doing it to mine but might keep it factory looking now.

Front brake conversion complete, just need to change over to the new bigger master/booster cylinder tomorrow, give the system a full bleed and she should be good to go

Now running:
- Evo front hubs (4x114.3)
- Znoelli slotted disks
- Evo 2 RS twin pot calipers
- EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads
- Evo 2 master/booster cylinder
- Motul RBF fluid

Nothing much else to add here... Waiting for more track days next year

For now most recent additions would be new rocker cover which seems to have fixed my oil leak (old one must have had a small crack) and also Ultra Racing evo 1-3 2 point strut brace

I'm also on the lookout for some new track wheels and potentially some new (second hand?) semi slicks as I've been doing a small amount of road driving on mine and they are wearing pretty quick :(

Also in the pipeline probably around February is a new turbo, either a good condition TD04 replacement or go for the TD05 upgrade (depending on cash available)

Hi Mate I know this is a old thread but I was wondering as you have gone 4g93t to 4g92 mivec im doing the opposite mivec to gsr...ive got everything in I changed loom but ive kept the original mivec relay and fuze box (the one buy the afm) do you have to change it with the gsr one? may sound like a dumb question but im not so savy with the electronics side of this...

You shouldn't need to change it the gsr and mivec harnesses are the same apart from the afm/map IAT sensors
