3rd minor problem discovered
The rear passenger side brake hose came off the holder due to extream vibration caused by badly tared road surface and the hose rub against the wheel rim and burst when under heavy breaking.

Changed with a used hose from chop shop and cable tied to secure it in place properly. Problem solved.

may i ask where is ur workshop?? how much the cost for u to overhoul the engine including changing part last time?

Its at Kuching Sarawak.
Parts i bought bit by bits from Online Forum in KL (Zerotohundred, mudah, many sources)
Total cost i did not calculate. Roughly around RM2K ++

More worn out parts to be change:

Found a donor Mivec MD 2nd tray. Salvage some of the usable parts to service before install into my daily workhorse.

The red circle is where the selonoid fit.

Broken another 2 engine mounting when testing the mivec kick in and out on 2nd gear. Can hear engine move around when letgo of the clutch and lound "Kok" sound heard.

Taken out 2 Aircond fan (one is OEM and one is additional fan) due to still feel aircond not cold and the stock OEM radiator fan blade sometimes touches the exhaust cover/O2 sensor)

Not easy to fit... one of the leg on the EVO3 aricond fan need to bend a bit to screw it to the car frame.

Now the aircond is colder....one fan can replace 2. Worth the money spend. Less electric consumption.

Hi, can i know how much and how u bought the gasket?
Mine one burn a little bit and caused compression lower now, buy lucky no oil leaking

I got mine from this seller: (he got all the Mivec parts - seal or gasket - you need to do rebuild)

Update 13 Jan 2011
Finally got the time to change the engine mounting.
2 Mounting broken (Timing belt side and Gearbox side) - Very short life span (only lasted 6 month).
Next plan to install engine damper to help reduce the stress on the mounting rubber.

Where is your locations?
I am not a mechanic but i know some of the technical stuff and parts.
Most of the stuff i posted are done by my neighbour (He is mechanic) and another friend who willing to teach me how to do it.
So its basically 2 friends i go to when my car wear and tear parts need to change.

Went to LMS to get my ordered K&N open pod filter + Adaptor and do some injector Ultrasonic cleanning and spray patern test.
