1. Posts picures and specs of cars YOU OWN. Try and keep it the post as as profile of your vehicle. Ie Technical specificatios, lists of mods etc. Look at what other people have done and make your post similar.

2. Feel free to ask questions in members threads if appropriate.

3. Please don't start a new thread each time you make a change to your car, use 'edit'. Keep everything concerning your car under your own thread.

4. Start new threads with 'subject' in this format 'Year Model Type'. Example: 96 Asti RS. Non compliant topics will be moved, edited or deleted without notice.

5. The owner of a particular thread reserves the the right to have posts under his/her thread deleted upon PM request to a forum moderator. (I'm working on a way to allow thread owners the power to delete/modify posts in their threads for this section.)

6. If your membership expires (ie you don't log in for a year) your thread will also be deleted from here.

7. This section is ONLY for members cars with MIVEC engines. The only exception is if your actively transplanting a mivec engine and wish to share the experience here.

The Mivec owners group Moderators aren't a bunch of meanies, so there's a fair bit of leaniancy with what cars are permitted into the members section.

The rule is in place to prevent people from cluttering up the forums by posting pics and information about non-mivec related vehicles . It is the "Mivec Owners" forum after all...

Best of luck with the conversion...looking forward to seeing more.

When you post there is a section just below where you enter the message titled 'Upload Attachment'
Click the browse button and locate the file on your PC. Then click 'add file'. You can do this a number of times if you have more than one picture.

The pictures must be 1024x768 or less. For some reason (software bug) rather than giving an error, the software does nothing if you try and upload images that are too large.

That was an old PHP2 thing and screwed up the new software something chronic.
Hence i'm all off adding plugins. 1024x768 seems a reasonable size but if you think its too big I can limit it to 800x600 instead.

i make all my images 800x600 by default... the only problem is when they are 600x800...
