I have a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 2014. The problem is when i would like to accelerate or when i am running slow there is a clicking noise hearing into the engine. Could you please explain if it's a MIVEC problem or other problem?

Have you checked the oil level?

Also your explanation is not really enough to offer suggestions.

Where is the noise coming from if you listen with the hood up?
Is it on a warm engine?
Does it become louder/faster with higher engine rpm?
What engine is it?

I just changed the engine oil last week.
The noise is coming from the hood up, when the engine is warm. It's become louder with high rpm ( sometime the noise disappear)

Does it seem to be coming from the bottom of the engine?

I tried last week-end to connect the Blue Driver with vehicle running 20 to 80 KM/h, and retrieved the report, here is the report message showing with :
Pressure Control Solenoid "D" circuit Malfunction:code P2716
4 Possible causes
1 ECM failed
2 Shift solenoid connector is damaged (Check pin for damage moisture)
3 Shift Solenoid circuit is open or ground
4 Shift solenoid has failed (electrical fault)

That'll be the same engine as the evo9 which is actually VVT on the intake cam.

Take a video of the noise then we can see / hear it?

That report above, that's from the transmission , not the engine.
