Hey, Looks like you have the same problem that I found with the timing belt sitting off the back of the vernier cam wheels. What solution have you come up with. We are looking at making a 5mm spacer ring to go inside the wheel assembly...
Have you any ideas where I can get similar pistons / rods in UK or Europe?

Looks like a great build.

What sort of events / competitions are you into with this machine?

Ref. your front bottom arms... I have used EVO forged steel arms with polly bushes - gives a little neg camber and some castor. Also very tough for rallying

-Its just nice for the clerence for mine.
Redo the adaptor flange or shave it off
-ebay got lots off choice.
Wiseco Piston & Spool conrod highly recommended
-Built this for hobby only..
-will post the front lower arm picture soon
